ADMPS 3004 - APS DOCTORAL CORE 2
THIS IS THE SECOND OF A REQUIRED TWO-COURSE SEQUENCE DURING WHICH STUDENTS EXPLORE THE MEANINGS AND EXPECTATIONS OF DOC TORAL STUDY. STUDENTS DEVELOP THEIR UNDERSTANDINGS OF THE DIVERSE THEORETIC PRACTICE APPROACHES AND ISSUES RELATED TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND POLICY STUDIES. STUDENTS' EXPERIENCES (WITH FACULTY MEMBERS, OTHER STUDENTS, LITERATURE, TECHNOLO GY, AND FIELD ACTIVITIES) ARE NEGOTIATED TOWARD FINDING MEANING IN THEIR OWN INTELLECTUAL AND EMOTIONAL ENERGY AND, THEREBY UNDERSTANDING THEMSELVES AS SCHOLAR/PRACTITIONER/ CITIZEN.
