Former Department of Psychology in Education doctoral student Nermeen El Nokali was recently featured in the
Tribune-Review in an article about children and politics. In the article, she encourages parents to “use ads or debates to create ‘teachable moments’ with children” while also discussing varying political perspectives with them when they're around 4 or 5 years old.
