Health, Physical Activity, and Chronic Disease - Master of Science (MS)
This track within the Master of Science degree focuses on training students to address the changing landscape related to chronic disease prevention and treatment, with an emphasis on the promotion and study of physical activity and health. Selecting the “Clinical/Practitioner Focus” will prepare students who are interested in health, physical activity, and fitness program implementation. Theoretical, research, and clinical knowledge and experiences prepare students to be leaders in the
health-fitness industry and to direct corporate, commercial, hospital, community, and university wellness programs.
