Admissions for General Special Education - Applied Behavior Analysis Certificate

Prospective students interested in the ABA Program may make graduate application to the University of Pittsburgh's School of Education. Students should check General Special Education Master's Degree on the application form and then state interest in the ABA Program within the Career Goal Statement.

Admissions Requirements

  • Completed School of Education Admissions Application.
  • A non-refundable application fee of $50 (USD) by credit card, check, or money order payable to 'University of Pittsburgh'.
  • Official, third-party evaluation of all international transcripts for applicants who have not received a master's degree within the United States. We strongly recommend using World Education Services (WES) to complete this service.

Deadlines

  • Fall Deadline: Rolling admissions; however, priority given to applications received by March 1 (The ABA sequence of courses begins in the Fall term)
  • Spring Deadline: Rolling admissions; however, priority given to applications received by November 1
  • Summer Deadline: Rolling admissions; however, priority given to applications received by March 1
