All problems related to technology and media services, including problems with faculty and staff office computers, should first be brought to the attention of the School of Education
Help Desk. If the Help Desk cannot directly help you, they will know the proper individual to contact to answer your questions or help you with your problems.

All questions should first be direct to the Lab Consultant on duty. If the Lab Consultant cannot answer your questions, you may contact the
Help Desk or the Lab Manager.
NOTE: The
Council of Graduate Students in Education (CGSE) is in charge of all access to the 24 Hour Doctoral Study Lab.
