THE COURSE FOCUSES ON THE ROLES OF SCHOOLS IN RESPONDING TO THE HEALTH NEEDS OF CHILDREN IN COLLABORATION WITH THE FAMILY AND COMMUNITY. EXAMINED IS HOW SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES COMPLEMENT AND SUPPORT HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES NEEDED TO OVERCOME THE CONDITIONS THAT PUT A YOUNG PERSON AT EDUCATIONAL RISK.
