THE COURSE WILL PRESENT STRATEGIES AND TECHNIQUES FOR TEACH ING THE FOUR SKILLS (LISTENING, SPEAKING, READING AND WRITING), CULTURE, AND GENERIC PRINCIPLES FOR EFFECTIVE PROFICIENCY-ORIENTED INSTRUCTION. THE EMPHASIS OF THIS COURSE IS ON PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS.
