Admissions and Enrollment Services is the one stop for all student administrative needs. Whether you are a prospective student or current student, Admissions and Enrollment Services is the place to go for the most up-to-date information about our programs and degrees.

We encourage you to contact the center and our advisors at every stage of your application and enrollment. The staff will:

• Help you explore our program, degree, and certificate options
• Guide you through the entire admissions process from preadmissions advising through application to admission
• Guide you through the Financial Aid process and certify enrollment for financial aid eligibility
• Process course enrollment, add/drop, withdrawal, change of advisor and change of grade forms
• Track masters and doctoral degree milestones
• Answer questions regarding the Electronic Theses and Dissertation process and approval your ETD at the time of graduation
• Handle the graduation process from application through certification
• Assist you with Act 48 reporting to the Pennsylvania Department of Education
• Publish the School of Education calendar and advise you regarding important deadline dates

Office Hours

NOTE: Admissions and Enrollment Services offers extended hours during the first two weeks of the fall and spring terms to coincide with the official Add/Drop period.
