Health, Physical Activity, and Chronic Disease - MS - Research Track Overview

This track within the Master of Science degree focuses on training students to address the changing landscape related to chronic disease prevention and treatment, with an emphasis on the promotion and study of physical activity and health. Selecting the “Research Focus” will prepare students who are interested in pursuing a research-focused career that may include application to a doctoral degree program. The curriculum for this track provide the essential theoretical and research knowledge and experiences needed for employment in academic and research setting such as Universities and Research Medical Centers.
