Hello and Welcome our climbing wall! This large structure looks like it was ripped from the southwest and planted in Trees Hall for you to gaze upon. But this rock was designed to be climbed! Climbing has quickly become a popular sport and our wall is calling you to grapple your way to the top. The wall accommodates both the beginner and the more advanced climber with slabs, overhangs, a crack, and plenty of angles for bouldering, top roping, and lead climbing. If you are new to climbing, the rock wall staff will help instruct you on safe climbing techniques with belay classes offered every day. Belay classes do not require an appointment. All the equipment you will need to climb will be on hand and the staff will help instruct you on safe climbing techniques. Enjoy the climb! The Pitt Rock Wall Staff
