Data Collection Forms

All data collection requires some form of recording on the part of the supervisor. Each form of recording selects some information and eliminates others. The choice of the data collection techniques is determined by the data that needs to be collected. While this seems obvious, it is not. Many supervisors try to use the same specific form for all their observations. Data collection is driven by the pre-observation conference.
