The Child Welfare Indicators Project maintains a database of publicly collected demographic, health, education, welfare and other statistics pertaining to Allegheny County's children and families. The data is available at the county, municipality, and for some data, the neighborhood level for the city of Pittsburgh. The project issues reports and needs assessments based on the data. Requests for data to be used in reports, grant writing and evaluations of programming can be made at no or minimal
cost.
