What is the University of Pittsburgh Wellness Program?
The University of Pittsburgh Wellness Program is a program designed to provide individuals with the opportunity to improve their "well-being". The Wellness Program has two primary objectives in doing this:
- Wellness Education - includes a wellness fair and seminars used to present various health topics such as nutrition, stress management, osteoporosis, and exercise.
- Exercise - offers individual exercise prescription (based on a yearly fitness evaluation) and supervised fitness classes.
Who can join the Wellness Program?
The Wellness Program is open to all faculty and staff of the university.
How much does it cost?
The price of the wellness program is $150 per year.
What is included in the program?

What types of classes are offered?
