Orientation group smiling

Thursday, August 25, 2022
9 AM - 5 PM | David Lawrence Hall (View Map)

All new students at Pitt Education are expected to attend our orientation day. Our goal is to ensure that you have a smooth transition into our school and are successful as a student. During orientation, you will receive an introduction to the school community, will learn about key student resources, and will meet with fellow classmates, program faculty, and staff.

Parking

A limited number of free parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Wesley W. Posvar Hall Parking Garage. The building is located at 230 S Bouquet St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. The garage entrance is located on Roberto Clemente Drive, across the street from Mervis Hall. When arriving, please show the parking lot attendant this webpage as proof that you are attending the orientation ceremony. This is required to give you parking access.

If the Posvar lot is full, information on additional parking options at the University can be found at the Pitt Parking Website
