The University of Pittsburgh School of Education has been ranked the No. 28 school in the nation in online graduate education programs by U.S. News & World Report, the publication announced Tuesday.
At Pitt, School of Education online courses are taught by the same faculty who teach face-to-face courses, ensuring a consistent curriculum no matter the mode of learning. SOE faculty provide constructive, discussion-based coursework with a high rate of student-to-student, student-to-instructor, and student-to-content interaction.
Pitt SOE offers five online graduate degree or certificate programs with five additional programs, including the Doctor of Education field of study, as hybrid (online and face-to-face) options.
