Types of Positions for Graduates

The MEd student services track prepares graduate students to assume entry-level professional positions in student and academic affairs including admissions, financial aid, and academic advising.
The MEd management track prepares graduates for careers at a university in areas such as facilities management, human resources, job placement, fundraising, or institutional advancement.
The EdD prepares graduates for senior administrative careers in post-secondary education as well as applied research and careers in governmental agencies and policy research centers. The PhD prepares graduates prepares students for positions as university faculty, researchers at educational think tanks and major policy institutes, and as leaders of administrative units.
