Donor Recognition

Here is just a brief listing of some of our major contributors to the School of Education.
  • Tom and Elaine Meisner - Tom (CAS '68, EDUC '70G, '78G) and Elaine (CAS '68) donated to create the Meisner Room which is designed for seminar classes and features state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment.
  • Zord Scholarship - Gene (CAS '66) and Carol (EDUC '64) McGrevin created the Lois Lyden Zord and The Honorable Joseph Zord Endowed Scholarship on behalf of Carol's parents.
  • With a gift of $250,000, Terrence Patrick Laughlin (KGSB '81) has created the Laughlin Endowed Fund in the School of Education. This fund will provide financial support and discretionary resources for graduate students in the School of Education.
  • Hayes Endowed Fund - Silvia Hayes (EDUC '56) created the Hayes Endowed Fund in honor of her husband, Charles Hayes Jr. (EDUC '55), who spent his life helping others.
