Sarah Morgan is the Director of Human Resources for the School of Education. Sarah has served in recruiting and managerial roles since 2007. Sarah started with the University of Pittsburgh in 2012 as a Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition department and consulted with departments and schools across campus in recruiting various Staff positions, compensation, benefits, onboarding, and performance management. Sarah was promoted to a Senior Recruiter role and eventually to the Manager of the Talent Acquisition Department, where she supervised a staff of Recruiters.
Sarah has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and has completed certificates and extensive training programs in leadership, employee management, and Human Resources. Sarah’s undergraduate degree is in Liberal Arts from the University of Oklahoma.
Sarah has a passion for process improvement, employee engagement, and talent management in terms of helping organizations advance their missions and visions as a result of streamlining their employee experience.
