Debralyn Woodberry-Shaw MSW, LSW is an Equity and Justice Scholar at the University of Pittsburgh in the School of Education’s PhD program. She is exploring gendered racial identity in Black girls and how community-based educational spaces can support them in their journeys. She is advised by Dr. Tom Akiva. Debralyn obtained her B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University and her Master's in Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
