Sarah is the Director of Human Resources for the School of Education. In her role, Sarah oversees talent acquisition, staff compensation, onboarding, staff engagement, performance management, professional development, and other human resources functions for the school. Sarah has served in talent acquisition and managerial roles for many years. Prior to coming to the School of Education Sarah was the Manager of the Talent Acquisition department in the Office of Human Resources. In this role, Sarah oversaw a team of recruiters that consulted departments and schools across campus in staff recruitment, compensation, benefits, and onboarding.
Sarah has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and has completed certificates and extensive training programs in leadership, employee management, and human resources. Sarah graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma with an undergraduate degree in Letters.
Sarah has a passion for process improvement, employee engagement, and talent management with the end goal of helping organizations advance their missions and visions as a result of streamlining their employee experience.
