We understand that transferring into a college can be a daunting experience. Our staff and faculty support you every step of the way to make your transition as smooth as possible.
We offer 75+ scholarships annually for financial need, merit, and more. Additionally, there are $5,000 scholarships available for select incoming and returning students from community colleges.
Our admissions team will help you navigate the transfer process so you will know how your preexisting college credits will count toward a Pitt degree.
All Pitt students begin our education majors in their junior year of study, meaning that you will begin your major courses at the same time as them in many cases. Our transfer students form strong friendships as a result.
