Our PhD students not only learn from but also work alongside our accomplished and inspiring faculty. Our faculty will take the time to mentor you and help you grow into your full potential as a researcher. Many of our students co-publish papers with faculty and help conduct research in studies.
Our students are trained to conduct research at an elite level. You will be trained to design research studies, understand qualitative and quantitative research methods, conduct research, and publish your findings.
Compared with other PhD programs, the Pitt School of Education offers a wider breadth of research areas.
